NOAH allows you to maintain all of your committees and subcommittees, along with the history of each member over time.

You can optionally maintain term dates and positions within each committee. Members can serve on an unlimited number of committees, and all involvement history is preserved.

Restricted content areas of the website can by developed for each committee by you using the NOAH CMS editor. These areas can be used for members to request to join a committee, or to directly join as your policies allow. Rosters can be displayed, along with forums, blogs, calendars of meetings, and links to documents and minutes from prior meetings.

You can print rosters internally along with meeting sign-in sheets. You can also export and blast email members of committees to remind them of meetings, which can include attachments for the materials to be used during the meeting.
