NOAH RDS is a report engine that resides in the background awaiting your request for output.  While you go on to other tasks, RDS takes your request, runs the report and sends the output to you.  For products going to your contacts RDS knows their preferences and either prints or emails the contact's invoice, renewal notice, thank you or confirmation.
