The Operations area focuses on the details of running the organization, processing the incoming information, providing results and being the custodian of a vast amount of private data.

The Management area analyzes the information, sets objectives, creates management plans and oversees the activities as they pursue the objectives.

The Web Portal area works with visitors to provide them secure access to their personal information, to process join/renewal actions, registrations, surveys, and e-commerce.

The Tools area provides the utilities to produce lists & rosters, letters & labels, broadcast emails, and data exports.  It provides the Content Management System used to author Web pages and it runs the Report Distribution Server that delivers hard copy and email products to everyone.
